LeBonheur Children's Hospital Expansion / $340 M / Completed December 2010
Construction of a new 650,000 sq. ft. hospital facility that incorporates a 12-story tower and includes a larger emergency department, 14 surgical suites, and a family-stay unit for parents of ICU patients
Harrah's Hope Lodge / $8.5M / Completed November 2010
Construction of a new 25 unit short term stay facility for cancer patients and their families
Legends Park / $84.4M / Completed 2010
Formerly Dixie Homes, the Legends Park project built 460 new housing units, including 430 multi-family units & 30 for sale housing units (additional 33 units off-site for-sale housing)
Regional Biocontainment Lab / Completed 2009
Construction of 25,000 gross sq. ft., Level 2-3 facility dedicated to biodefense and microbiological research related to serious emerging infections
University Place / $83.1M / Completed 2009
Formerly Lamar Terrace, the University Place project built 473 new housing units, including 118 senior housing units, 287 multi-family & 68 for sale housing
