  • FedEx House / $6M / Completed—Construction of a new 24-unit short-term stay facility for Le Bonheur patients and their families
  • Harrah's Hope Lodge / $8.5M / Completed—Construction of a new 25-unit short-term stay facility for Le Bonheur patients and their families
  • Le Bonheur Children's Medical Center Expansion / $340M / Completed—Construction of a new 650,000sf hospital facility that incorporates a 12-story tower
  • Legends Park (formerly Dixie Homes) / $84.4M / Target Completion TBD—460 new housing units, including 430 multi-family units & 30 for sale housing units (additional 33 units off-site for-sale housing)
  • Linden Yard Apartments / $7.6M / Target Completion TBD—Renovation of three historic buildings into affordable apartment unites; will include outdoor plazas and roof decks
  • Medical Education Research Institute / $2M / Target Completion 2013—Lab construction and installation for imaging device and general renovations
  • Methodist University Hospital / $33.5M / Target Completion 2014—New emergency department and helipad
  • Radiological Science Space Center / $94.1M / Target Completion 2012—Backfill and renovation of existing space in the Richard C. Shadyac/ALSAC Building for the readiological sciences space
  • Regional Biocontainment Lab / part of UT Research Park / Completed—Construction of 25,000 sf, Level 2-3 facility dedicated to biodefense and microbiological research
  • Regional Forensic Center / $13M / Target Completion 2012—New regional Forensic Center - shared facility for State Medical Examiner and Shelby Co. Medical Examiner
  • Regional Medical Center at Memphis (The Med) / $30M / Target Completion 2013—Renovation and expansion of emergency room and creation of a new front entrance; ongoing upgrades to patient rooms, parking, etc.
  • Southern College of Optometry / $9.4M / Target Completion 2013—Construction of new classroom facilities
  • Southwest Tennessee Community College / $18.2M / Target Completion 2013—Construction of a new Nursing, Natural Sciences and Biotechnology Building containing approx. 74,000 sq. ft.
  • St. Jude Medical Tower / $190M / Target Completion TBD—New tower to provide space for replacement surgical department and intensive care unit; will also establish proton therapy service
  • Tennessee Technology Center / $700,000 / Target Completion 2012—Purchase and demolition of former apt. complex to prepare site for campus expansion
  • University Place (formerly Lamar Terrace) / $83.1M / Completed—473 new housing units, including 118 senior housing units, 287 multi-family & 68 for sale housing
  • UTHSC Translational Science Research Building / $36M / Target Completion 2013—Construction of a new approx. 135,000 sf., four-story, medical sciences research building for the UT College of Medicine
  • UT College of Pharmacy / $68M / Completed—Construction of approximately 190,000sf building to house the College of Pharmacy
  • UT/Baptist Research Park / $450M / Target Completion 2015—Construction of 1.3 million sq. ft. of space to include research labs, support and offices; incubator labs and administrative offices
  • Veterans Administration Hospital / $44M / Target Completion 2013—Building 1A improvements, upgraded HVAC, expansion/modernization of OR Suites, outpatient mental health area, CAT Scanner & Ultrasound, etc.
